National Bureau of Statistics informs that in 2024:

• 12 higher education institutions had doctoral programs (at the level of 2023);

• 10 higher education institutions had postdoctoral programs (as of 2023);

• the number of doctoral students amounted to 1.4 thousand people, decreasing by 0.1 thousand people compared to the previous year.
